MesaStila Resort, Central Java (Indonesia)

MesaStila Resort, Central Java (Indonesia)
MesaStila is a colonial-style resort built in a 22-hectare coffee plantation in Central Java (approximately an hour away by flight from Jakarta and Bali). MesaStila’s goal is to help people experience personal growth while improving their well-being. It invites guests to explore the nature, history and culture of Indonesia. [Photo via] Guests commit to a ‘retreat’ when they book their holidays at MesaStila. Each of these retreats come with compulsory activities. For example, if you sign up for the “Dynamism” retreat, you are expected to take part in dynamic fitness activities, or if you sign up for the “Crossfit & Spa” retreat, you are expected to partake in Crossfit sessions. What’s great about MesaStila is that you will learn tips and tricks that you can use at home.
