Peanutbutter Cheese Fudge
Sometimes I am eating fudge and find my self wondering whats missing, somehow its just not ...enough. Obviously a half a pound of Velveeta, peanut-butter, and a cup of butter is the solution. Oh Paula, you have the answers to all of life's tough questions.
Ingredients
1/2 pound sliced easy-melt cheese (recommended: Velveeta)
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped nuts
2 (16-ounce) boxes confectioners' sugar
