The Beltway Poetry Slam is DC's hottest new poetry slam venue and officially launches into the universe on Tuesday August 31st, 2010 at 8pm. The Beltway Slam will meet the last Tuesday of every month at the Fridge (516 8th Street SE, Rear Alley) which is accessible by bus and metro (Eastern Market).
