Suit-Up With The Mystics

The Washington Mystics, GEICO & Suited for Change invite fans to "suit-up" local low-income women for their interviews and new jobs by donating new or gently used professional attire (handbags, suits, blouses, pants, blazers, shoes & accessories) at next week's game. Tuesday, August 10th @ 7 PM Mystics vs Connecticut Sun Convenient collection boxes will be staffed by volunteers from the Washington Mystics, GEICO and SFC board members Rebecca Hughes, Patricia Morris & Terese Whitehead. We are most in need of handbags (come on ladies, you have dozens in your closet!) and interview appropriate clothing in size 0's and sizes 16 - 26. White and solid color blouses in all sizes, earrings, necklaces & scarves help our volunteers put together outfits that instill confidence and hope in local women who use our services to prepare for interviews and new jobs. All donated attire must be in good condition, in style, suitable for a business interview, and if a clothing item, preferably on hangers.
