The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) Capitol Chapter will kick off Diabetes Awareness Month with its 11th annual Night of Hope Gala. Expected to attract nearly 500 Washingtonians, this year’s event aims to raise more than $1 million to help find a cure for children and adults living with Type 1 diabetes. The black-tie evening will feature a cocktail reception, dinner, circus-themed entertainment, and live and silent auctions.
