Roofer's Union is bringing a breath of fresh air to the drunk frat boy reputation of 18th Street. Nestled among dive bars and tattoo parlors, this new resto has a much-needed trendy vibe with the exposed brick and vintage worker's coveralls adorning the walls in tribute to its name. While there will be a rooftop bar coming in the warmer months, for now there are two floors to grab a craft beer and upscaled versions of your favorite guilty pleasure foods.
