Zagat, aka The Bible, has their list of DC's hottest restaurants this year. The usual suspects are on the list but the casual Capitol Hill spot Ted's Bulletin made the list. The down-to-earth restaurant's "pop tarts" and boozy milk shakes are a great fun way to break the ice.
