Etto is a new pizzeria that opened a little over a week ago on 14th Street. They makesome incredibly fresh pizza thanks to their large wooden flour mill and meats sliced right off the bone. The rustic, cozy restaurant is a collaboration between hip bbq beer garden Standard and the pizza pros at 2 Amys. Check out their equipment in action on Thrillist.
