Proof has declared that it’s the “Summer of Riesling!” On June 29th, in-house sommelier Julian Mayor and chef John Critchley will be hosting a “Charcuterie and Riesling” event for $65 a head. To continue the celebration of this season of the wine, all bottles of Riesling will be 20% off at Proof through the rest of the summer.
