Currently, a dropped-waist shift is one of my favorite silhouettes. Its playfulness puts a fresh spin on a classic cut. To balance the girliness of the dress, I paired it with a heavier, more sophisticated heel. The ruffle is an accessory on its own, so a colorful clutch and sparkly earrings completed the evening look.
