What's most hilarious about this woman, who has bullied everyone from Washingtonian's Carol Joynt to girls almost half her age, is the fact that her "job" is to give out relationship advice, and how often she promotes herself as a beacon of charity in Washington. Maybe the girls at rival high schools will think she's cool, but in reality, she's sitting alone in the school cafeteria.
