With locations in Georgetown, Bethesda and Arlington, RiRa will be assisting the green celebration everywhere. And by helping, we mean providing shots of Jameson and pints of Guinness. Even though it’s generally more family friendly than the other Irish pubs on our list, the full service bar and diverse menu make it a happy hour or date night favorite.
