Brightest Young Things and the National Museum of Women in the Arts host Exclusively Inclusive at the museum. Presented in conjunction with the contemporary photography exhibition She Who Tells a Story: Women Photographers from Iran and the Arab World, this after-hours experience features:
ABOUT THE EXHIBITION:
In Arabic, the word rawiya means “she who tells a story.” The idea of a woman storyteller is a fitting premise for these photographs made by pioneering women with roots in Iran and the Arab world. More than 70 photographs probe ideas about personal identity and vital political issues—and invite viewers to confront their own preconceptions.
