Why: Washington City Paper is hosting a night of "bacon, bourbon, beer and bluegrass." Now that is something we can get behind. The night will include samplings of bacon dishes from various restaurants, tastes of the best bourbons and more! Your ticket is admission to unlimited samplings that your heart (and stomach) desires. Plus, with some liquid bourbon courage (the best kind, right?!), hop on the mechanical bull ride and hang on tight.
