Why: The rules are simple: you cannot spend money or more than 30 minutes on your costume, but you do have to wear one. The most easygoing costume party is back again, gearing everyone up for the Halloween season. Tickets get you food and drink specials and automatic entry to the crappy costume contest, with all proceeds going to those living with MS and research for a cure.
