Why: Southerners know all about crawfish. Never lived below the Mason Dixon? Well, it is officially time to get your head in the game. Crawfish are delicious, often spicy, little crustaceans and this weekend they will be boiled by the pound, ready for your consumption. Not enough to get you salivating? There will also be beer, wine, spirits, live music and proceeds going to multiple melonoma cancer research. It’s a day in the sun with good food, friends AND a good cause? Count us in.
