Come to Arlington's Village at Shirlington for pet portraits, demonstrations, exhibitions, live music and contests--Dogma Bakery & Boutique is giving away huge gift baskets and gift certificates. Local shelters will also be bringing animals for adoption, so if you want a pet, we can't think of a better chance to get one.
