Help keep the holiday "spirits" alive, as the long-awaited One Eight Distilling opens its 2,000-square-foot tasting room this Thursday! The complimentary party will have tours of the distillery, a cash bar selling cocktails made with One Eight products, and food from the Dirty South Deli food truck. Until February, you'll only be able to sample and take home products directly from the source. The distillery will host free tours every Saturday, beginning Jan. 10, when you'll be able to sample District Made Vodka, Rock Creek Whiskey and Ivy City Gin from 1 to 4 p.m.
