DC’s local news channel, NBC4, will be hosting 2015 NBC4 Health & Fitness Expo, the biggest health event in the DC region. The expo will include information and education on mental health and “dozens of healthy fun activities,” including live Zumba and dance classes, and cooking demonstrations.
