Why we love it: In addition to a menu of unique (and delicious!) sushi rolls like Fish n' Chips (flounder, malt vinegar, potato crisps, wasabi tartar) and Kamo Harumaki (duck spring roll, jalapeno jam, yuzu hoisin, scallion), Sei also serves a number of dishes that are perfect for sharing such as the Korean Kalbe Tacos (BBQ short rib, kimchi slaw, sriracha sour cream) and Sea Bass Sliders (apricot chili glaze, aged cheddar cheese, yuzu tartar).
