Remember when someone was pouring paint all over DC for no apparent reason? Well, we do. Go as the biggest mystery that hit the city this year and be the biggest hipster at any Halloween party.
How To Do It: Dress as Abraham Lincoln (beige clothes are preferable) and splatter some green paint on your pants and chest.
The More The Merrier!: Eventually they found the culprit, a mysterious nomad woman yielding a can of green paint. If you aren't concerned with being politically correct, dress in ragged clothes with a can of green paint and threaten anyone who comes near you.
