Halloween Gala at the French Embassy

Why: We're strong believers in the idea that that the French do it better,
obviously. This year, celebrate Halloween on French soil sans the eight hour flight and jet lag. Mind you that the costumes will also have French standards so black tie is suggested and there is a strict no toga policy. Our suggestion? Keep it classy with a gown and a marvelous mask to hide behind throughout the night.
