Blueberry Pomegranate Smoothie
If you don't know all the benefits of kale by now, you may or may not have been living under a rock in 2013. The blueberry and pomegranate portions of this smoothie are no slackers though. They will flush the toxins right out of your body.
What You'll Need:
3/4 cup blueberries, frozen
1 cup pure pomegranate juice
2 large kale leaves
1 medium apple, peeled
1 medium cucumber, peeled
