While many of us are still dishing up recipes using our Thanksgiving leftovers (or still recovering from our food coma), Thanksgiving has come and gone. It's time to ditch the pumpkin and start enjoying a new seasonal flavor...peppermint! We don't need to completely abandon the Pumpkin Space Latte at Starbucks because, quite frankly, that's impossible, but with the holiday season in full swing it's time to incorporate peppermint as the main ingredient in our holiday party dishes. Here are a few that we'll be serving up!
