This Kennedy Center restaurant will have a brunch buffet for $45. The Easter bunny will also be available for pictures and handing out special treats. Diners can enjoy house specialties like prime rib, and a raw seafood bar, as well as traditional breakfast foods, including made-to-order omelets all while enjoying an unbeatable panoramic view of the Potomac River.
