I know you looked at several cities to settle in with your &pizza concept, how and why did you choose DC? Coming from New York, I never thought D.C. would be the place I’d start a business. No offense. But then I fell in love with it. I found that the neighborhoods within the city were just as vibrant if not more than New York’s, the people just as brazen, just as lively, just as proud of their city, and the culture scene felt like it was about to explode. I wanted in on it.
