&pizza Your team of employees seems to be a tight knit family. How do you keep that relationship strong as you continue to grow and so quickly? Community means more than just what’s around us. I wanted our tribe - that’s what we call ourselves - to also feel like they’re a part of something bigger. We listen to them. We feed off of them. Everybody who has an idea is welcome to bring it, as long as they really bring it. We employ a strict “no ceiling” policy, which basically means you can go as high up the chain as you can carry yourself. And, we celebrate them. We want them to be themselves, and show off their best attributes. We call it celebrating oneness, both as the individual, and the team. Something that is unique to the brand, we also offer our tribe members free &tats, just in case they want to sign their allegiance in ink. Bottom line - our tribe is filled with creative, inspired individuals, so keeping them together isn’t really a task at all.
