If you didn't come to DC to appreciate the stunning views it has to offer every once in a while, then what did you come for? This bar, located on The W's top floor, offers insane views of the National Mall and Washington Monument to one side and the Treasury Department and White House to the other. Oh, and the libations are pretty swell, too.
