In addition to boasting a succulent menu and sinfully strong cocktails, chocolate is undoubtedly the not-so-secret ingredient at this boutique eatery and lounge in Penn Quarter. Recently armed with a highly skilled events manager with a reputation for throwing lavish affairs to perfection, Co Co. Sala will certainly be one of the DC venues for female-only affairs in 2013 and beyond.
