DC's flagship location of Bourbon opened in Glover Park in 2002 and, unable to meet the demand of all of the District's bourbon and whiskey fans, they opened a second location in Adams Morgan three years later. If you know a lot about whiskey and are looking for a staff that is just as knowledgable, then this is where you need to be. Grab a seat at the bar and order your whiskey neat or on the rocks, or ask the resident mixologist to pour you a craft from their short menu pairing classic whiskeys with inventive seasonal selections.
