Jack Rose in Adams Morgan is an extremely whiskey-focused venue boasting one DC's most expansive whiskey menus with more than 700 kinds of Scotch and bourbon to chose from. Some locals often reference this whiskey wonderland as a "library of whiskey." But seriously, it is like a library so much so that the bartenders need rolling ladders to reach all of the bottles. If you enjoy the company you mingle in to be the opposite of your drink then this is the place you need to be at. Jack Rose serves up some stiff spirits, but the ambiance and company are always pleasant.
