This weekend at the Capella D.C., the charming Angel Cervantes served up a cocktail class with a side of laughter and stories about his favorite drinks. Using unique ingredients such as his lavender infused simple syrup, rye whiskey, absinthe, etc., guests learned how to make some of Cervantes' cocktails as well as taste the creations, leaving attendees delightfully buzzed and wanting more!
