Other details: Hundreds of partier goers flocked to the Hyatt Regency in Washington, DC for the sold out Moonlight Circus event. Guests enjoyed live circus acts, while mingling in hotel venue's three rooms featuring well-stocked bars and buffet stations filled with appetizers. DJ BIKS, the official DJ for British songwriter and rapper Jay Sean, spun tunes at the party, hosted by the DystrucXtion Girls. After watching a live feed of the Times Square ball drop, guests were showered with a grand balloon drop before returning to celebratory NYE festivities.
