Where: The Odyssey Yacht Other Details: On Sunday afternoon, DC councilmembers joined individuals with disabilities, friends, and families for a cruise down the Potomac River. Guest of a Guest was back to shoot the pre-reception, and once the boat set sail, guests enjoyed a three course plated and served dinner, followed with music and dancing. Bonus funds were raised for Quality Trust with silent auctions and a raffle for back-to-school items for young people beginning their transition to adulthood in DC.
