It was a women-dominated scene this week in DC but we're pretty sure no guys are complaining. Some of the most powerful women were in town for Politico's Women Rule Summit, Tory Burch (one of said women) hosted a private reception at her new Georgetown boutique and InTheCapital celebrated the top 50 individuals and companies in the District.
