10th Anniversary of DC's Jazz Festival

Other details: Through the week of, June 24th - June 29th, DC celebrated the 10th anniversary of the DC Jazz Festival with performances and shows all over the city, along with fun activities, fashion and food events, and tons and tons of artists! On Friday June 27th, the festival moved to it's weekend location at the Yard's Park. Friday evening festivities were free starting at 5pm, while Saturday and Sunday's events were ticketed starting at 2 pm. Music lovers from all over the District flocked to the riverfront with blankets, towels, soccer chairs, and picnics, to enjoy the weekend's perfect weather and some good old fashioned jazz.
