Details: Just because the blossoms have yet to bloom and there is a forecast of snow in our future, does not mean we are going to pass up the opportunity to party in all shades of pink in honor of the official start of Cherry Blossom Festival. The Ronald Reagan Building was doused in pink from head-to-toe and guests sipped champagne from a model's skirt! The festive spirit of the party had us momentarily forgetting the depressing forecast of next week.
