Barbara Bush: 1992 'Gift Givers'

For Barbara Bush, the 1992 Christmas tree was classic, opulent, and very elegant. The Gift Givers theme was represented through all the figurines and decorations on the tree and around the White House (did you notice the giant Nutcrackers in the background?).  From the White House:

"The idea of gift givers had taken on many forms over the years in the form of Santa Claus, Kris Kringle, Snow Maid to name a few, and Mrs. Bush chose to represent eighty-eight different kinds on her tree."
