Who Will Be The Next Washington "It-Girl?"

Rachel deMita is super young (21), skinny as a rail and is apparently society photographer Vithaya Phongsavan's muse. She showed up at Sneakerball and was practically swatting the athletes off of her. She models all over town, she's always wearing high-fashion clothes, and she always makes it look easy. This girl, unfortunately, just left us for a city that deserves her (L.A.) but she was well on her way to becoming Washington's next "it-girl."
