Home” might be the most legendary X-Files episode. It’s so twisted and demented that Fox never re-aired it, nor was it included in the early VHS X-Files collections. Why? Because this episode is about a family of inbred killers who are banging their paraplegic mother. The mutated matriarch is tucked under bed on a dolly and is rolled out by her “good boys” to slur out strategy to protect their Appalachian homestead from the FBI invaders and then have a four way. Arguably one of the most sickening things ever aired on network TV and the first X-Files episode to get a Viewer Discretion Advised warning.
