If there’s one thing we in Washington know how to do, it’s Happy Hour. We live in DC. We have stressful jobs. We need some way to unwind. With hundreds of bars hosting the happiest 3 hours we look forward to during the work day, how do you choose? Really, in the summer there is only 1 criterion: they must have a rooftop bar. Not only is the weather cooling down around 5, but honestly how can you justify drinking inside when you can gaze down on the city like it’s your kingdom? Answer: you can’t. [
