Details: Capitol File magazine will celebrate with its Spring issue cover star and this year's White House Correspondents' Association Dinner Host, Cecily Strong at its annual White House Correspondents' Association Dinner Welcome Reception at the British Ambassador's Residence. Fingers crossed for an appearance from some of Cecily's SNL cast as well as other A-listers who will hopefully pop in.
