Dessert

More is never enough. Especially where dessert is concerned. Keep your cakes, pastries, and treats on display throughout the entirety of the party, mixed in amongst the hors d'oeuvres and charcuterie spreads.

There's nothing worse than a party strangled by a schedule and rules. Nothing. Guests should be swiping sweets and cutting on in to cake as early as they so wish. Aside from sticking with the easy vibes, it will 100% solve the terrible untouched cake phenomena that too often strikes even the loveliest of parties.

Full on course after course of passed puffs and such, no soul can bear entertain a slice of anything once it ceremonially, stupidly arrives, no matter how tempting. So let them eat cake!

Edible flowers add a vibrant touch to just about anything. Especially a rustic, lightly frosted marscapone cake. For a unique, unexpected, non-berry accessory, a small nest of oranges under a trickle of pansies does the trick.

Shots of Dark Chocolate Ganache, Raw Lemon Custard with Meringue and White Chocolate Chia Pudding are the perfect portable pick-me-up.
