How did you learn about bone broth?
About 7 years ago, my friend and acupuncturist Christopher Chen allowed me to attend his lectures for aspiring acupuncturists on Pulse Reading and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Chris had us all making and drinking bone broth, and it was then that I realized that I had consumed bone broth all of my life, it’s a staple in many Mexican dishes that are traditionally flavored with the addition of bones simmered for hours.
