Chill. Collaborating with Lisa and Jon Sneden, our other designer, is fairly easy. When working with creative people, you have to understand that nothing is personal. Ideas and designs evolve in order to make the best product possible. Lisa also has 10 years of experience in the jewelry business, so sometimes it is best to be a sponge and soak up all of her valuable information.
