Do you plan on opening more?

Do you plan on opening more? Right now I'm just focusing on Beautified. Ideally, it would be amazing to have my own restaurant. I've had a concept for years, as long as I can remember, which is why I was eager to go into the restaurant business. But until the timings right, it's still a dream. Acme is killing it, and I couldn't be happier to be a part of that. Obviously I'm a really big foodie. I was excited for this event, and to meet Michael White. What are some of your favorite restaurants? I love Dan Cougar at ABC Kitchen. He's amazing and I really love their philosophy. I love what Phil Suarez and Jean-George are doing. I think that their menu is a sophisticated take on classic dishes, with the freshest ingredients, which goes back to my health thing.
