And you and your husband Abie (Cohen) are so adorable, when I saw you out the last time (at the WSJ Innovator Awards), you told me that he’s your perfect date because he’s so supportive…
Leandra: “He’s my perfect everything.”
Aw, that’s so cute, I feel the same way about my husband too. How often do you guys go out?
“With each other?” [laughs]
Well, I guess how often do you go out?
“Well I’m out every night just because I’m either at events or dinners – that’s the thing about fashion, so much of the working happens after hours because so much of it is entertaining. So I’m out a lot. But together? I take him to events as often as he wants to come. He has a standing invitation, sometimes he wants to come, sometimes he doesn’t.”
He works a traditional 9-5?
“Yeah, and when he heard about the WSJ thing he was like ‘OMG this is incredible, I read them everyday!’ And I was like (sarcastic tone) ‘I bet you do…’”
