Duddell’s

Cantonese food is not the most glamourous of cuisines, however, Duddell’s, elevates traditional food to new heights. Located in the Shanghai Tang flagship building which stands in the middle Hong Kong’s business district, this restaurant treads on private club territory thanks to its design. Forgoing what one would traditionally expect from a Chinese restaurant, Duddell’s looks more like a modern salon, which plays off the beautiful art that is on display throughout the two-story venue. Headed by a Chef with Michelin experience, signature Cantonese plates and dim sum are given a high-end makeover. The terrace in the bar area is great to unwind before sitting down for dinner, as its garden environment helps usher out the stress of city life.
