Zuma isn't exactly new. In fact, it is one of the tried and tested veterans of the Hong Kong dining scene. However, its bar area received an upgrade late last year. What was once an after work hangout above the delicious restaurant is now a full-fledged lounge with a club feel. The DJ booth now sits as a centerpiece, while the bar showcases a bevy of liquors in place of the former sake-centric bar. This is clearly a way in which Zuma hopes to disassociate its bar and lounge from its restaurant - and it works.
