Grab a chair and place it in front of a full length mirror, preferably one in a private room where you can be alone. Sit in that chair, in front of the mirror, wearing only your undergarments. "I am confident that if you are not immediately sitting straight up and adjusting your body angles to the most flattering degrees, you will be very soon.
